PROJECT DETAILS

Design, Engineering, fabrication and installation planning of one custom feature staircase consisting of 4 curved flights, 3 landings and 2 mid-landings. Approximately 850 sq.ft. of custom, digitally fabricated steel gardrail fabricated to minimize seams with architectural grade finish. Approximately 56 steps with 430 sq.ft. of tread area in pre-finished terazzo and 180 linear feet of custom rolled railing. Staircase structure in HSS / steel channel helical arrangement with stringers with digitally fabricated 3/4” plate with integrated handrail details. L02 and L03 mid-landing secured todigitally located base building anchor points. Stair and panel sections sized for ease of shipment and installation. This project was carried out under the executive leadership of our team during their prior employment and is not directly associated with Bauvik inc.
